Machinery and Plant Facilities

Apart from the most modern of welding equipment, ASPICK's machine shop has lathes, drilling machines, surface grinding machines, radial drilling machines, etc. Two 10-tonne capacity HOT cranes, as well as some of the other most advanced MHE capabilities enable ASPICK to stay at the forefront of India’s fabrication industry, and we are among the very few with facilities large enough to enable us to use separate bays, with more than 30 metres between each bay, for carbon steel and stainless steel, to avoid any chance of contamination of the SS work. We also possess a clean room, installed for Exotic metal fabrication, as well as a completely contained bead-blasting chamber, along with passivation facilities. The latest CNC-cutting, CNC Hi-definition plasma-cutting, CNC gantry-cutting and robotic welding equipment as well as the most sophisticated and high-end welding machines help us in producing some of the finest precision equipment.
