All manufacturing by ASPICK is done only against specific orders and hence, all are custom-built equipment. While chemical process plant and equipment such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, reactors, mixers and columns account for the bulk of ASPICK's manufacturing, a substantial amount of special purpose machines including material handling equipment is also manufactured by ASPICK.
The process equipment are designed by ASPICK as per customers specifications as per codes such as ASME, TEMA, IS, etc. To ensure that the product meets the specifications spelt out by the customer, the key members involved in all the activities (marketing, design, purchasing, production and quality control) meet regularly to review the status of the job and to ensure that there are no bottlenecks holding up production. Emphasis is also placed on ensuring that committed deliveries are maintained.
